2. Data collected and purposes of processing
Through the form on the Contact page we collect the data you voluntarily provide (first and last name, company, email, telephone, content of the message). This data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- to respond to information requests received;
- to manage any pre-contractual or contractual relationships following the first contact.
The website also automatically collects certain technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser type) necessary for the server to function and for site security, and - only with your consent - aggregated statistical data on site usage (see Cookie Policy).
3. Legal basis
The processing of data provided through the contact form is based on the user's explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for subsequent stages of any negotiation, on the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Processing methods
Data is processed using electronic and/or paper tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and, in any case, in a manner that ensures their security and confidentiality. We do not carry out any automated profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on the data subject.
5. Communication and dissemination of data
The data collected is not disseminated. It may be communicated to third parties acting as data processors (e.g. the hosting service provider) exclusively for purposes related to the provision of the service, in compliance with the GDPR.
6. Retention period
Data collected through the contact form is stored for the time necessary to handle the request and, in the absence of a subsequent relationship, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations require longer storage.
7. Data subject rights
At any time, you may exercise, with respect to the Data Controller, the rights provided for by articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including:
- right of access to your personal data;
- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), within the limits provided by law;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object to processing;
- right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
To exercise these rights you can write to l.franceschelli@internationalnetworkbusiness.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the applicable legislation.
8. Provision of data
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the contact form is necessary in order to respond to the request; failure to provide it will make it impossible to follow up the request.
